The tactics used in this race that have come to light are completely unacceptable to use within the GOP. I could not vote for Thad Cochran if I were in Mississippi. If he won fair and square it would have been a disappointment that McDaniel didn’t win, but the tactics used to scare Democrats to the polls using the race baiting, etc. that McDaniel wanted to take all of their rights away, etc. is beyond outrageous. If a write-in campaign can be waged it should be done, highlighting the outrageous tactics used by Cochran in the primary - a substantial number of Republicans still voted for him and doubtful most of them would have had they been aware of the tactics his campaign was using to drive liberal Democrats to the polls.

If his 35000 Democrat voters figure is true, then sue and get those votes thrown out. We have to fight twice as hard on two fronts and sustain it for decades. If we don’t start now, then when?

You may have to change your name or apply it to republican ideals instead of a misnamed party.

We should somehow start a campaign to send Chris money for whatever he wants to pursue. If all the conservatives who are pissed off with this deal even sent $10, he’d be rich.

A campaign, ‘Remember Mississippi’ to show Chris that there are good people left in America.
