I don’t understand what you are saying. I went back and read the passage. Saul defied God. Good is following a direct order from God. If God tells you to do something, it is Good because it’s God telling you. Mortal rules and perceptions of good and evil do not apply.
god did not send Saul to do evil. He sent him to act out his will. The only way Saul did evil was in defying God.
Your observation is pointless. You can never "see" such an event that you will acknowledge as meeting the basic criterion you have established.
Saul and the Amalekites is a possible fit for your observation. It is a waste of time to mention it, though, because it is pre-rejected from dissection.
