I did not say “do nothing”.
What I am saying is rather than impeach him for “x”, enumerate ALL the offenses. Doing so it shows a “long train of abuses”. It’s not just one issue but many issues for which he must be impeached.
Yes it does, and that's an argument for a completely different kind of process.
