To: Repeal The 17th

Why would the Democratic and Republican primary votes be listed on the same page? It looks more likely that these votes are for the original Republican primary and the runoff.

They had separate books for democrats and Republicans on election day. On runoff day only democrats who had voted were not eligible so they used the democrat book as it only had entries made by those who were not eligible.

The DEM primary was on the same day the GOP primary was. The sheet is puportedly one for registered DEMs, so shows a vote in the DEM primary (which had no runoff), then a vote in the GOP runoff.
