Five liberals.
Scalia wrote for himself, Kennedy, and Thomas.
Alito wrote separately, but very similar to Scalia’s opinion.
Roberts is becoming more and more disappointing with each term.
Bush should have nominated Janice Rogers Brown for CJ.
