..... So ..... Basically he has just told the world that he is going to Break the Constitution to force his personal idea of an Immigration Law down our throat and sign it into effect. Question: Wouldn't this so called "Law" be automatically nullified by lack of proper Constitutional protocol.
.... Also... By doing this act would he not be guilty of Dereliction of Duty, because the main tenet of his office is to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States?
.... Further, because he would have betrayed our trust, confidence, and breach our faith in his responsibility to uphold and fulfill his sovereign duties ..... would he not also be guilty of both treason and treachery?

Early in his Presidency, Obama himself came forth with an explanation that the Constitution should be viewed just a set of “recommendations”. Maybe someone have should alerted him to his oath to “Preserve, Protect and Defend the Constitution of the United States”. But the only oath he intended to be faithful to was promise “to fundamentally transform” this country. The way the atom bomb fundamentally transformed Nagasaki, I guess.
