We aren’t supposed to say anything negative about ghetto culture, or else be called racist. But, events such as this cause you to wonder why ghetto people behave in this manner.
As a culturist you are free to comment or criticize on subcultures as you please with no fear of the racist label. There can be free subcultural discussion that seeks to develop understanding of the sub culture and any positive or adverse effect on our larger American culture.
The subject you wish to discuss or perhaps criticize is the urban black subculture which is part of the larger American Black culture
