Those are stupid names for paint.
The guy has no case. That is not discrimination.
Here’s what we need. A government agency to subpoena the names of paints from all paint companies, and classify the names by race, ethnicity, religion, sex, etc. If the numbers don’t match exactly the current makeup of the population, the company is fined 20 billion and has to apologize.

Yeah, but as an employee of the company and creating something using company resources and facilities while being paid by the company does not entitle the employee to any other compensation or ownership of said creations.
They named the paints after him, probably as some kind of recognition for his efforts...I could live with that, but I would prefer a nice bonus or raise...
Afterall, employment is a barter arrangement...the company gives me some of their $$ for my knowledge, time and services. Once that arrangement is no longer acceptable to either or both parties...it’s time to move on.

I'd be willing to bet that the name was given to the colors as some kind of internal recognition of his work or something, especially as it sounds like he was involved in it. Hell, maybe he picked the name himself!
