My fellow conservative FReepers,
The U.S. Supreme Court made history today. I believe that this is the first time that a majority of the court has agreed with a plaintiffs argument that LIFE BEGINS AT CONCEPTION!
This is a MAJOR DEFEAT for the abortion industry and liberals who have tried to argue that life only begins at birth.

Someone who knows please tell us what this means in the larger sense. Does this give standing to others to exempt themselves from the ACA on other grounds? And does the non severability clause mean the whole thing is shot down in flames?

Without an injunction, EWTN would be forced to offer contraception to its employees as part of its health care plan beginning July 1.I hope them and every other Catholic/ Christian group tell Obastard to go pound sand!

One would hope, Odinga wasnt a Professor but will gladly take the title since we keep giving it to hum. His official title was Senior Lecturer. He was the same as me, a part time adjunct instructor. The main difference is that I know what I am talking about when it comes to technical drawing, and he has only heard about this "Constitution thingy."

If I were an incrementalist I would probably want the shareholders to declare a religious designation at an AGM or other such meeting rather than their designate, the CEO.
An incrementalist conservative is one who wants baby steps in the right direction rather than just jumping at once to the right answer.

I don't believe we can afford incrementalist steps at this point. The Liberals never think that way. It is full bore fascism at every point with them. Look at how they got Obama Care as well as all the alphabet soup new deal programs we are still stuck with today. Every time they get majorities it is Katy Bar the Door here come the new regulations and programs.
What we need is a POTUS that has a reasonable majority and the will to dismantle a vast percentage of the leviathan, quickly before the Liberals can catch their breath!

Shocked to see this. Never thought it would happen.
Went to bed praying Sunday night with this on my mind. So happy!
