Hmmm.....I’m sure the lib media is already gearing up for super duper spin mode on that point.
Now we can say, “Its settled law!” and my favorite, “We won. Get over it!”
When 5-4 decisions go to the conservatives, NPR and the NYT say the Court was “bitterly divided.” When 5-4 decisions go the liberals they say the decision was “closely decided.”
