Firebrand Republican Rep. Steve King announced his intention Friday to file a lawsuit against President Barack Obama, calling unconstitutional the administration's plan to stop deporting some young, illegal immigrants who entered the U.S. as children.
"This is no longer a debate about immigration policy. The debate is now about the Constitution and the Rule of Law," the Iowa congressman said in a statement. "I am preparing to bring suit against the President and ask for a court to enjoin him from implementing his unconstitutional and unlawful policy."

This is 2 years old. He was the only one. Now all these others are jumping on the bandwagon.

Firebrand? LOL. CNN editorializing again in so-called news stories.
1. Many of us believe that once Obama gets his immigration reform bill passed, he will change it, or enforce only parts of it that he chooses.
2. For instance, look at Obamacare.
3. Obama has made so many changes to the original law through executive action that it is hardly recognizable.
4. So any lawmaker who is thinking about immigration reform this year must seriously re-think his decision.
Just so totally fed up, especially with those from Texas. Illegals are destroying our state and nothing from them except for Gene Green and the Democrat ones who are pushing the amnesty envelope. Get tired of saying, “And for this we worked our butts off to elect a Republican Congress?”
