As I understand the ruling was on Hobby Lobby’s objections on four abortion drugs not contraceptives. Catholic institutions would have problems with contraceptives as well but that was not the focus of this specific case. If I have misstated anything regarding this case please correct me.
If a women uses contraceptives COVERED by hobby lobby’s health care plan (in place prior to ObamaCare) then they normally would not need abortion drugs. It seems an insurance company could provide contraceptive coverage minus abortion drugs. I see no reason to cover them at all but I raise that simply as a point of argument. .
There is a lot of misinformation being spewed by the left. Heck abortion drugs were not even invented or available that many years ago. So the Left is whining about almost nothing.
The Left and journo-list crowd went swiftly to say, “Republicans are taking away birth control for all women!” to frame the argument and get the headlines they want.
They have NOTHING but lies. Horrible economy which Obama owns. America in decline. Undefended borders. All they can run on is lying and hope the voters aren’t paying attention.
