Interesting, the last line of Matt Boyle's Breitbart article states the following:
Mississippi’s statute that prohibits vote buying states that any candidate engaged in such a practice should [be] disqualified from running in that race for the office or shall be removed from that office if they have been elected into it.

But as to whether Cochran himself—the “candidate,” per Mississippi law—would be responsible for the actions of his campaign staffers, election law attorney Trey Traynor of Beirne, Maynard & Parsons, LLP told Breitbart News that “clearly yes,” Mississippi’s “statutes applies to candidates and their agents.”

Cochran needs to be immediately be thrown out of office and charged with the crimes along with his dem and GOP-e co-criminals.

It's the law!

Even if he doesn’t get thrown out of office, there will be a write-in line on the ballot in November which only is countable if the candidate drops out for whatever reason.

So the same McDaniel voters who cast more votes than Cockroach’s in the initial primary can write McDaniel in
if Thad removes himself due to his fraud being prosecuted.

It’s all looking up!

A few thoughts:

The Pastor says he SIGNED SOMETHING. That means there’s a record at the campaign of both him working for them and receiving cash.

The Pastor says there were individual envelopes prepared with 15 or 20 dollars in each. That implicates people back at the campaign office (more staff and managers) who prepared and/or knew about these envelopes.

For what purpose are individual cash envelopes being prepared in that small amount but for a payoff?

These are Republican (RINOs admittedly) white folks with no criminal record. Facing 5 years in jail? They’ll sing and point the finger at higher ups. Just following orders, ya know!
