Isn't McDaniel running out of time to contest? It seems like getting access to the rest of the counted ballots or voting roles is a tall mountain to climb at this point. I hope not.

He actually cannot contest right now. Barbour and friends have no certified the election. Until they do, he’s powerless

I think the secretary of state of MS has to certify the election which has not been done AFAIK.
