Thad Cochran (R-MS)." Isn't McDaniel running out of time to contest? It seems like getting access to the rest of the counted ballots or voting roles is a tall mountain to climb at this point. I hope not.

He actually cannot contest right now. Barbour and friends have no certified the election. Until they do, he’s powerless
