I lived in Chula Vista from 1961 to 1983. I purchased a house in Mira Mesa in August 1983. I sold the Mira Mesa house in Feb 2001 after purchasing a nice home in Pocatello, ID in August 2000. Gangs, graffiti and gunshots arrived in Mira Mesa about 1996. It was a big clue that it was time to go. The cartel gangs have a foothold in Layton, UT and export some of their drug violence into southeast Idaho now.

You can give a shout to the good ole Mormon Church for what’s happening in Utah. They go to Mexico and Central America “to spread the Gospel.” and invite the newly minted Mormons to move to Utah. My grandparents home in Provo is now home to five Mexican families. When they were alive they rented one half of the downstairs as an apartment to a white family, and the upstairs to BYU students. But the Mormons are no different than the Catholics (or a lot of other religions either) when it comes to breaking our immigration law. Mormons have one of their “Articles of Faith” which says that they believe in being subject to the laws of the land. I guess they’ve $hit canned that one! “Organized Religion” is not one whit better than “Organized Labor.” Shame on all of them. They are just looking for money.
