The military should be deployed along the entire border because the general welfare of the citizens of the country is being imperiled. Of course, the man who is responsible for endangering the health of American citizens is also the man who would have to give the deployment order. Failing that, States on the border need to declare a health emergency and deploy their National Guards if possible, and all available sworn officers. Plus, the Governors should have all able bodied males deputized if they are willing to assist.
