But a reinterpretation of the law will now allow “collective self-defense”—using force to defend allies under attack.

PM Shinzo Abe has been pushing hard for the move, arguing Japan needs to adapt to a changing security environment. …

” In Obama’s case the only one who might be willing to act is our military to get him out.....”

Not for long, based on what he’s doing to our military.

We need a “Seven Days in May” .... NOW.

Well we dang sure need something done.....I’m afraid the citizens here simply don’t have the will....rather they’re pretty much waiting for some one else to step in and DO Something.

Isn’t there a Movie “Seven Days in May”????

Yes - the movie is from the early 1950s, starring Kirk Douglas, Burt Lancaster, Ava Gardner - it was about a planned military coup to take down a liberal (for that time) president. Great movie, except the ending was wrong. We want a different ending.

I actually watched it last night because of you mentioning it.

I agree a different ending...and I think they made the President sound too convincing.
