What about the charge of negligent homicide against her mother for letting a man be in such privacy with her 16 year old daughter that he could murder her and place her in a playpen bag and carry her out of the apartment in front of her.

What are you talking about? The girl went to borrow teabags from a neighbor. He wasn’t in her house. How much does anybody want to bet that Rickeys I-III are doing time (or violently met their ends)?
