Here here! Makes me grumpy!
The 10mm was the right cartridge, introduced in the wrong pistol ... then the FBI caved in to the pansies, and we've been saddled with the .40SW ever since. It's not a bad cartridge, but the full length, full power 10mm is better. It would also make a dandy carbine cartridge; IMO more suited to that purpose than the 9mm, .45ACP, or .40SW.
I was doing some shopping at a gun show Sunday and there was a G20 and a G21 next to each other. I have a couple of 1911s and haven’t had any experience with a 10mm so I went with the G21. Came with 3 13 round mags. Can’t wait to take it out this weekend.
I agree. If the military adopted 10mm, then there would be more makers and more ammo, and (maybe) prices would go down.
