I didn't know that the EPA was authorized to collect alledged outstanding debts.
This must be the FEDGov. response to possible House action to defund the EPA for over-reach on guidelines ,
after all , we have to keep the boot on the throat of the American taxpayer .
I find it interesting and against the Constitution that there is no hearing , or "due process", and therefore no method of appeal !!

Pretty darn convenient that I don't use banks or have an employer. Hard to garnish a will-o-the-wisp.
