twittering isn’t private communication.
neither what you post on facebook.
it’s all voluntary and it requires the person to actively post it.
he’s not the first person to be fired for doing something outside of work, that work finds out about, and decides to fire them.
to me, given he’s’more to the right of his employer, and apparently not a liberal idiot, i have to wonder if he wanted to get fired.
