I grew up on LI with Newsday. They are a liberal rag preaching to a largely liberal public. I stopped buying the paper in 1995 because they were hard left America haters and I simply got sick of them and their lying slant on news.
Saw an oped from Newsday yesterday that might have been written by any editor the paper ever employed-—then I read the comments! DAMN! It was like reading a thread from FR.
