To: Leaning Right

You are trying to change the past which can not be done. It is like going over the plays in a game afterwards. If we had done so and so, we would have won. The past is in the past and can not be undone. We can only change what we do itoday and in the future.

That's true. but we need to learn from the past, so we won't make the same mistakes all over again. Bush II evidently did not learn from LBJ's Vietnam mistakes. Because Bush repeated LBJ's Vietnam's mistakes in Afghanistan and Iraq.

And I say that with a very heavy heart. LBJ was a terrible, egotistical person, with few morals. Bush II is just the opposite.
