Just burn an old tire on Earth Day...it’s easier.
That’s what they do in south africa. Different purpose but still smokey. May trade the Hemi in for a coal fired motorized truck. Of course I’ll have to hire a stoker. ;>}

If you pour a tiny bit of Kerosene in the middle of a tire and light it the tire burns black smoke for a very long time.
We use them to start bonfires sometimes.
And using kerosene prevents accidental flash burns.
