Maybe the people that brought them here and set them free instead of repatriating them caused the problem.

The solution isn’t going to be pretty.

I wonder - is the odd wounded/killed ration a result of bad aim or good medical care? I do know that in the 70’s and 80’s, they had military doctors training at Cook County Hospital (now Stroger(sp?)).

In peacetime, it was the only good way to gain experience with gunshot wounds.
