Replacing “husband” and “wife” with one noun—spouse. How about the non-sexual and therefore PC “Top” and “Bottom”? /S

Should be:
“Spouses of indeterminate number, age, child or of age of consent, species, living or dead and of various sex and gender assignment contemporaneously self identified except where medical information is private.”

That should work for a California usage.
