Dems probably plan to tout their vote in their campaigns but kill it quietly in conference.

xempting shotgun pellets and bullets from environmental rules designed to limit lead use. Good. There is no scientific evidence that the lead in bullets constitutes a biohazard. Studies have shown that the lead in a bullet will leach no more than 3 inches from the point of impact.

I read and re-read and re-read again, looking for what state legislation this was... because surely this would not be federal legislation!
Amazingly enough, it is - which means something sneaky and underhanded and ultimately anti-2A is afoot. Wonder what it is...

The legislation aims "to protect and enhance opportunities for recreational hunting, fishing, and shooting" by stipulating that shooting ranges on public land can be used for target practice and exempting shotgun pellets and bullets from environmental rules designed to limit lead use. I wonder...does this mean the feds will be forced to reopen shooting ranges in National Recreation Areas and National Parks...?

Doesn’t matter. Emperor Zero will not sign any bill reducing FedGov infringement of the right to keep and bear arms.
