Also audit the whole mess and find out where the billions they’ve already received have gone.
Any government agency that asks for more money should be immediately audited and not one cent given until they can justify where all the money went.

Lol, those trailers are still around. I use an auto mechanic who had an acre or two lot for his business with a large open area. But the last time I was there the open area was covered with a hundred or more FEMA trailers. He's leasing space to FEMA and supplementing his successful business very nicely.
Someone in Congress should tell him , “Nuts.”
And then someone can be brought in to explain to Obama what it means.
