20 years ago I heard Andy about four times in five years. Once with a Silly Wizard reunion, twice with Mannus Luny and once by himself.
In his prime there was not a traditional Celtic crooner that could match him.
Good showman as well. By the last time I heard him, say fifteen years ago, his touring life had caught up with him and he was definitely a step off, but still fun to see.
Ramblin’ Rover and the Valley of Strathmore were my favorites.
