UPDATE: We are now hearing that today’s ruling may be stayed by another judge. If it is, that will allow Haskell to remain open even though his abortion business cannot comply with the law. This is a breaking news story. Please stay tuned for updates as we get them. - OR Staff

Cincinnati, OH — Magistrate Michael L. Bachman released a decision this morning ordering late-term abortionist Martin Haskell shut down his Sharonville, Ohio, abortion facility as of 4:00 pm EDT today.

“There was a time that pro-life supporters believed that shutting down the notorious late-term abortionist Martin Haskell was simply not possible. Today’s ruling proves that, with God’s help, nothing is impossible,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “With work and a little ingenuity, it is possible to make every community in America abortion free!”

In terms of the title, all Late Term abortions are probably Notorious, but then, maybe, some are maybe more Notorious

As the song goes:

And another one bites the dust

It is hard to keep track of all the abortion clinics closing...

This guy was a big target. He’s Tiller incarnate. Glad we’ve put him out of business. But justice won’t be done until he is found guilty of mass murder in a court of law.

Are you local? Is this the crummy-looking place on 42 south of 275, near where the road forks? That place gives me the creeps whenever I drive by. It doesn’t have a sign saying “abortions,” of course, but it does have a euphemism like “family planning,” I think.

Probably chomping on some pine nuts somewhere.

I certainly would not want anything to go boom, especially a place where pregnant women might go (they can change their minds).

However, I did have an interesting experience hearing about a pro-lifer in Birmingham, AL.

This guy was legally blind.

His pro-life sign protected him from the blast of a bombing of a clinic.

The funny part of the story was that the police held him because they wanted to know what he saw

To re-iterate, the guy was legally blind.
