Just like Cuba flushed its toilet in the 80’s and dumped its leftovers in our country...

What’s funny about this one is we have an elected president, not a leader, but duly elected, twice...That is a plumbing genius...He hooked it alllllll up...

Now, you are right that the republican party has failed to pony up a good candidate to counter this Fabian socialist movement...

But hey, throwing rocks in a glass house is hazardous...

That is another fact of lack of leadership, and being true to conservative ideals/principles...

I bet a dollar to a donut hole that if the order that states in this country were to be changed and allow the southwestern states along the border, even California in that mix...The candidates would be “thinned out” a little differently...

Those little itty bitty northeastern “politically moderate” states would be changing their tune, and acting a little differently if that were to occur...

Back in the day...I had a rare bumper sticker (on my truck) that said...”Don’t blame me, I voted for Fred!”

Until people who claim to be republicans start admitting (myself included) that they were duped, fooled, or downright lied to by the establishment in the leadership of that republican party, this whole mish-mash of BS is going to continue, and no corrective measures will be implemented...

I would love to be wrong, but I do not believe anyone has the virtue to admit they were wrong (politically), and start firing (replacing) elected officials, you may know and may even like, with effective un-apologetic, virtuous people that are not beholden to an office, but are personally committed, and willing to sacrifice everything to achieve corrective political solutions to right the wrongs of this government...

The problem is not us outside of Washington D.C., those state houses and your local town halls...

But we are, and had better start being the solution, or we might as well hang it up...Efforts by a few pockets are NOT going to do a damn thing to fix this problem...

Every two years we get a chance to pony up and make changes...Why do people keep electing the same old people cut from the same mold??? (politically speaking of course???)

/soapbox

=========================================

Someone on the O'Reilly show said that the GOP is now where the Democrats were 40 years ago.
He may be right.

What is it? Entitlements? Welfare? Fatherless children? Unmarried mothers? Unmarried fathers? Acceptance of an alcohol/drug culture? Nothing's my fault? SOMETHING is bad.

I do believe that the leadership we are supposed to be getting from the White House is missing. But I believed that NOT too long after Obama's first election.

It should be a lesson to us to elect someone with good character, not the "correct" color and/or gender.
