Lois Lerner Suddenly Remembers She DID Keep Copies of Email. What Jogged Her Memory?
Political Outcast ^ | 7/14/14 | Bob Allen

A WaPo wow.

Lois Lerner is, indeed, the tip of a very cold and ugly iceberg that needs to experience severe, special-prosecutor-led anthropogenic “climate change” until the agency is completely melted, and overflows in a devastating flood that inundates a bunch of high political offices.

From Ed Rogers column: “The Insiders: More IRS smidgens show up. ‘Perfect.’”

In a stunning revelation this week, it was disclosed that former IRS official Lois Lerner told colleagues,“we need to be cautious about what we say in emails” and then proceeded to ask the IRS IT department, in an e-mail, “if [instant messaging] conversations were also searchable.” When she was told they were not, she e-mailed back, “Perfect.” This is a smoking gun e-mail in that it makes plain she had a cover-up in mind. There is no other plausible explanation.

remnants just happened to fall into a waste basket where she kept a small fire going to keep her office warm.”

Said office being cold no doubt due to heartless republican budget cuts?

There is no other plausible explanation.

This administration doesn't care about "plausible" explanations.

ANY explanation will do if it buys them a day or two of time in the MSM for another crisis to be manufactured to distract.

Hmmm....

The Great One Mark Levin teased us the other night he and Landmark Legal are working on something ( IMHO it seems big the way he talked ) and I wonder if it is related to this...

.....Put the capos in jail and they’ll give up the don.......

There has to be a paper trail on the entire computer crashing, from the first call to the IT dept. who would issue a work order, to the IT tech who arrived to evaluate the situation, to the recommendation for a new computer to replace the old one, to the new computer being installed and all data being transferred to the new computer. The new computer would have been tested by the IT tech and confirmed before he signed off on the work order and close it out. It defies common sense that Lerner would have accepted the new computer without her emails being on it. Who would? Emails are critical to function at her level.
The old computer would then have to be listed as defective and a paper trail would start on its reclamation or destruction.
Someone would have had to sign off on any government hard drive being destroyed. If it contained any sensitive info it would have to be noted.

There are huge holes in the IRS story of lost emails.

Things are coming apart at the seams. Everyday there is something new and it always has a way of pointing to zer0

I get what you're saying, but don't fall into the trap of thinking that this is just Obama, or even just the administration — what we have is indicative of an endemic, systemic condition: IOW, we need to stamp out corruption across the whole of the government.

Exactly. The federal bureaucracy is infected with a contagion that encourages this kind of behaviour.

....In the old days some reporter from the Washington Post would have asked that question...

Why are the Rep congressmen and women asking these questions? They are basic and fundamental.

When I worked for the government we had a T drive that backed up everyones computer data every night.
Does anyone else have knowledge of how this works?

The lies are aimed at a specific demographic who will believe any lie and are too stupid/ignorant to know they are being lied to. The lies from IRS and L4B are not aimed at the other elected reps because even as they know they are being lied to the ones who own them have ordered them to wink and nod and be careful not to focus upon the shelves of lies which a certain demographic swallow with a grin.

But the judges have gone past that framework, and have put the pressure on the underlings in the IT dept. Under threat of perjury. That is the new dimension. Congress has no legal authority to compel where as, a court does with defined punishments.

Maybe she thinks that partial "finding" of some emails will earn her partial time in Club Fed.

At any rate, I'm beginning to have a feeling, admittingly slight, that she will crack.

The investigators and committee have the time and the money....she only has an obdurate will. How much of her life is she willing to give up by not flipping?

However, once a crook always a crook, and if the bloodhounds keep up the pressure, she will eventually name her price.

.....and the deal will HAVE to insure she gives up the Capo-of-all-Capos (if applicable, heheh)
