Hopefully reality slams them hard and they grow up at some point.
The difference is that the party that loses Millennials won't be the GOP. You can't lose what you've never had.
The basic premise of her article is wrong.
Oh, bonus points to this ugly b*tch for getting JONI Ernst’s name wrong.
“74% of millennials, according to Reason, want the government to guarantee food and housing to all Americans”
So, they’re communists? That is what communism is.
Says a lot about how corrupt, rigged, and predictable British politics is when their fugly lefty sweathogs have to write entire articles about an American political party.
“throw a great block party: lots of drugs, poker and gays!”
How juvenile is this? I can’t even imagine Rachel Maddow saying this stuff. She thinks this is GOOD for society? Is this the pinnacle of man? Is this a positive image of young people, partying with sodomites, using life-destroying substances, losing their money to gambling addictions?
I suppose it might look good in comparison to the feral youth of Britain, who spend their weekends vandalizing bus stops and smashing in pensioners’ heads with bricks.
Sharia law might actually do this horrendous Marxist pig some good.
This story really put the anti-conservative spin on the Reason-Rupe survey, which also found:
- only 18% believe that regulators act in the public interest
- only 25% trust government to do the right thing
- 58% think government abuses its powers
- 73% want private account for Social Security
- 64% think cutting government spending would help the economy
- 59% think cutting taxes would help the economy
- 57% want a society where wealth is distributed according to achievement
There’s bad news, too, and The Guardian focuses on that.
The GOP had better figure out how to attract young people because the existing model doesn’t work. Demography is destiny. If the GOP cannot adapt, it will die.
Ana Marie Cox know that the GOP self-destruction must be complete because nobody she knows would ever vote Republican. So, the GOP will lose the upcoming elections in grand fashion, right? If not, Ana Marie Cox will suffer great shame for her wrong-headed writings, right? Actually, no. She will never pay any sort of price for being wrong. Must be nice.
Well, someday some of those young skulls full of mush will grow up, get a bit of wisdom, then give a little more thought to these issues. I don’t think the Republicans will look so bad to them, in retrospect.
