In other words most of the elements associated with obtaining and retaining gainful employment...
A coupe years ago, I worked for a marketing company and we prepared materials for some pointy headed Phd who toured the lecture circuit giving talks about millenials.
After seeing his hand book floating around for months and months, one afternoon I opened it up and took a quick read.
The section I read was basically how to attract, hire and manage millennials in your company.
The entire jist of it was--they don't like to work long hours, don't like conventional ways of working, don't like being tied down to a desk for long periods, can't really communicate in old fashioned ways (you know, TALKING) BUT besides this they had SO much to offer. Basically, his advise was, "just let millenials be millennials and be happy with whatever crumbs they give you".
So strange.
