Go back to the original intent and that is districts having one representative. For example, Duval County will have one representative no matter the population. No more drawing districts. It really is stupid. In Anne Arundel where I live, We are one county, but have FIVE different Representatives depending on where you live. That is crap. Anne Arundel County should have ONE Representative representing the entire population of Anne Arundel County PERIOD.

I happen to live in Duval county. Fortunatly not in Corrine Browns district. I’m sure it comes as no surprise that her district weaves and snakes through black neighborhoods from Duval county all the way to Orlando. (See info at the link). According to the story she’s suing to stop this from going forward.

Article I Section 2 Clause 3 followed by the 14th Amendment requires apportionment by respective numbers. If you want it done differently, craft an Amendment.
