What I wouldn't give to see conservatives in congress and the White House become powerful enough to do a top to bottom purge of the leftwing ideologues in the federal bureaucracy.

People focus on the liberal politicians, while it is the unelected bureaucracy that are writing the laws that are increasingly oppressing us.

I doubt it would happen even if conservatives somehow won everything. I think it might take a civil war to make any real changes.
