Avoid Ocean Avenue, MLK Drive (isn’t that true of most city’s ) Bergen Avenue and their east / west cross streets all south of Monticello Avenue. See google street view
I avoid MLK anything in every city. Same for any parts labeled “something heights”. It’s more like new lows. Then there’s cities like Camden,NJ where there are no safe places, it’s all bad.
