Gen. Kevin Ryan, the director of the Defense and Intelligence Project at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, said:

“Both Russia and Ukraine have such SAM systems in their inventories,” .........”It seems unlikely that the self-defense forces could’ve used Buk surface-to-air missile systems to down the Malaysian plane, .......“It takes a lot of training and a lot of coordination to fire one of these and hit something,” ....he told CNN.

“This is not the kind of weapon a couple of guys are going to pull out of a garage and fire.”

Exactly, it is not an easily operated weapon, which is why the rest of the free world is coming to the conclusion that it was Russian military. Do you get that yet?

““This is not the kind of weapon a couple of guys are going to pull out of a garage and fire.””

As I said, to assume that no one, in a country with compulsory military service, or of the AA Regiment members that went over to the rebels after they seized the AA Base, could not operate this is simply a fantasy, IMH,UO...

I have been talking about the Rebel BUK’s for more than TWO WEEKS, and there are numerous pics and vids of them in rebel hands on both Twitter and Youtube.
