The cable box had better arrive SOON! The stinking one they sent me is interfering with my DVD player as well, so I can’t even watch my Netflix.
I am starting to think it is a plot to control what i watch.
I am not happy.
And you have reason to not be happy. They knew what kind of box you had, and should have used that knowledge to replace it.
And they need techs that speak English without heavy accents!
