WTF is he talking about? Which communities? And what exactly is happening to them?
Does Obama really believe he can make people believe stuff is happening that they know damn good and well is not happening because they can see that it’s not happening?
Has Obama finally completely lost touch with reality?
If climate change gets any worse, somebody might actually notice it.
