Yeah, last I checked the Clown doesn’t get to write law.
So “order” all you want, it isn’t law. Period. Full stop. End of story.
Executive Orders though are fairly common.
They have to be a consequence of an actual law though.
Unfortunately many of our laws are fairly vague.

I saw that study too. It needs to be repeated often.
I saw a Catholic Priest on late night tv a couple of months back who stated that 10% of the population was "gay" and therefore, it stands to reason that 10% of Priests are "gay" also. No one challenged his ridiculous assertions.
