“I saw Jack today. He has been my baker for nearly 20 years. He is beyond kind and talented. It is horrific what the government is doing to Jack and his family business. Praying things turn out well for him.”
Jack should liquidate the business, selling the assets to a 3rd party and then incorporate in another state, opening the business with a new name and a new location in Colorado, while buying back his assets from the 3rd party. Any requests for homo cakes should be met with delight, and the cakes should be baked with Duncan Hines mixes and canned frosting from Walmart.
