Donkey bombs have been used in Afghanistan, Iraq and Lebanon. I seem to recall them being used in other wars in the past, apparently to little effect.

Anyone remember the protests over the Navy training dolphin bombs?

Mine dogs were used by the Soviets to destroy German tanks. Take a dog and train it to run under a tank by feeding it only under a running tank. Take him out to the field where German armor is attacking, strap an antitank mine on his back and let him go!
