I believe most TX NG units are infantry. It would be nice if we had a little more firepower to send down there. They need a bunch of fast Zodiac boats, quadrunners, drones and other air assets to turn keep people from crossing the river or to return them immediately to the other side if they do manage to make it across.
Last time they were deployed if was demanded that they be UNARMED due to posse commitatus, so they basically became desk secretary’s.
