Let me guess, the people who can’t pay their water bill still have at lest one 42” HDTV with cable/satellite service, right?
Yep. For some strange reason, we manage to pay our own water bill although we have only one 32" flat screen television, nothing but the basic package and no cell phone except a pay-as-you-go TracFone which we normally keep in a basic commuter vehicle in case of emergencies.
And we still only manage to see about 57 cents of every dollar I earn once the "gimme dat" crowd takes their cut.
