Didn’t I just see an article where the Ukrainian military also has SA-11s? Anybody else see that?
That was never a secret. The question was, who was responsible, and the “separatists” themselves cleared that up early on with their bragging on twitter and their version of facebook and then their intercepted “oh s***” moments, followed swiftly with the deletion of the former.
I don’t know about an article, but it is common knowledge that Ukraine has them.
