Yep. This ruling is MEANINGLESS. The nuclear option was just that.
This will be overturned. Bet the farm. What bothers me is I am not at all sure that SCOTUS will take the appeak and less sure they will overturn the ruling that overturns this one. Roberts sure won’t vote for us.
