In Atlanta the Water dept seems to be a place where well-connected blacks can get rich through graft while completely mismanaging the water service and racking up millions in federal fines the taxpayers get stuck with.

And you can be sure the Water dept is 90% black.At least. Saw a TV show recently that followed Detroit fire fighters around.
Was quite surprised to see they were, by a considerable majority, white. At least at the station shown.

Prichard, Alabama is a Black city surround by the city of Mobile.The Prichard residents just succeeded in firing the water board and merging with the Mobile area water group.
You won't believe all the corruption and graft that comes out of this little city.
