Internet Archive and its Wayback Machine is a heck of a resource. Your linked article tells of the call for 'moderation' and 'deliberation' which to me smacks of censorship via edit. Wair, what...?
Of course, the Archive also has movies, software, books, hell, I've ran across old humor websites from the mid '90s as well as old stuff from FR. One can get quite lost digging about in their virtual stacks.

About the only mystery is whether the trigger-puller was an ethnic-Russian Ukrainian “separatist” thug supported by Putin, or an actual Russian-Russian member of Putin’s armed forces.
