VIDEO: ANNAPOLIS AMNESTY PROTESTERS GATHER WHERE O’MALLEY SEEKS TO BRING MINORS

This weekend, I had the opportunity to speak with a group of anti-amnesty protesters in Annapolis, Maryland. They were a small but very enthusiastic group and were grateful that I was there to provide a greater awareness for their cause.

They protested at the intersection of West St. and Route 2 in Annapolis, a short drive from the governor’s mansion, where Martin O’Malley is seeking to bring illegal immigrant children, who crossed the southern border to Maryland.

One of the ladies I spoke with was part of the “Free Republic” group. While they didn’t organize this particular protest, they are a very active group. She had been at the protest since it started at 11am and was encouraged by the overall positive response they’d received.

Received the above from credo2 who attended this event. She had sent me this report last week:

"I went to the Annapolis site today with a friend and we were there from 12-3. A person, volunteer, from watchdogwire.com/md took pictures and interviewed one or 2 people and it will be posted on that site tomorrow. (I just looked it up and Firefox calls it untrusted so I have not looked at it and won’t. Would you please check it out and post it if appropriate? She said that they were trying to get their volunteers to go to all the places so you can check on the other locations too.)

There were 5 or 6 folks there in the middle of the road with someone with a sale sign when we arrived. It was not safe to be there. I had a huge new flag and 6 foot pole; one or 2 had signs. So one of the ladies bought everyone the medium flags and my friend bought supplies and made a sign. Others arrived, a Mother with daughter and friend and they had a sign. The Anne Arundel County Police said ‘Hello’ when we arrived and asked that we stay on the sidewalk or in the grass, not in the middle of the road. They actually were 15’ away and took care of 2 problems, one in the turning lane who was yelling and another who circled around behind us and wasn’t pleased with our flags and signs. There was a lady there who was foreign who joined us and was having a great time with the flag waving. Some were there from the D.C. area of MD and others from the Eastern Shore. One was from Hagerstown and he had been to one in PA yesterday. Quite a collection in terms of age, sex, geographic area and country of origin. Several if not all of the men were veterans. Everyone knew why we were there. We got a good response. A few were not in approval or worse. The rest were approving, some in a big way. We didn’t have the boom box with the patriotic songs (from Walter Reed). All told, we had about 15-20 while we were there and most stayed at least 2 hours."

Great job, credo2!!

He can bring them to the governor’s mansion. Leave the rest of the state and its neighborhoods alone.

Martin O’Malley is an arrogant man who does not care about what’s good for others. If he has to endanger the people to advance himself, so be it. Besides, he is one of those politicians that relishes the idea of a permanent, expanding, and dangerous underclass.

.....protesters gathered in Annapolis, a short drive from the governor’s mansion, where Gov Martin O’Malley is seeking to bring illegal immigrant children, who crossed the southern border and were transported to Maryland......

The SEC and IRS would be interested in public school districts using tax-free education bond proceeds to finance illegals.Bond investors may have legal grounds if they were deceived about deceptive education bond offerings characterizing the uses of tax-free bond proceeds.

In many cases, voters bond issues are approved by referenda, at the ballot box--- voters may have also been misled WRT uses of fraudulent bond offerings.

Also culpable are:

<><> bonding companies underwriting possible fraudulent bond issues;

<><> banks holding possibly fraudulent bond proceeds;

<><> school finance administrators allocating the bond proceeds,

<><> school personnel accepting the bond proceeds.

<><> school vendors accepting possible fraudulent bond proceeds.

<><> publicly funded-groups advocating the uses of possible fraudulent bond proceeds.

REFERENCE SOURCE: web site / occ.gov

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency processes questions and complaints concerning consumer issues within the jurisdiction of the OCC through our Consumer Assistance Group (CAG) (and sends misdirected complaints to the appropriate federal or state regulator).

OCC processes complaints involving national banks and federal savings associations with more than $10 billion in assets on behalf of the CFPB, while the CFPB builds its capacity to handle complaints. Under this approach, the CFPB will begin by handling credit card related complaints involving national banks and federal savings associations with assets of $10 billion or more and will expand its complaint process to other products and services offered as the new bureau builds that capacity through March 2012.

Consumers can contact the bureau through its Web site, consumerfinance.gov, or by phone at 855-411-2372. Consumers may use the FFIEC site to identify a financial institution's primary regulator, or may use the FDIC institution directory to identify which institutions have more than $10 billon in assets.

For specific problems with a financial institution other than a national bank, contact the customer assistance:
(1) State Banking Department WRT a state bank
(2) Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), or,
(3) the Federal Reserve for federally chartered banks.

====================================================

NOTE WELL Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering and other financial crimes. “The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” the special agent in charge for Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, explained.

Shady banking transactions could be prosecuted under the (1) Bank Secrecy ACT, (2) RICO, and, (3) the Hobbs Act (by impairing the state/school districts' economic viability).
